Liderul Platformei Demnitate şi Adevăr, Andrei Năstase, vine cu un apel la adresa instituţiilor de drept ale Uniunii Europene să demareze o anchetă asupra persoanei sale, în situaţia în care holdingul media controlat de oligarhul Vladimir Plahotniuc a demarat o amplă campanie de denigrare, lansând o mulţime de acuzaţii nefondate şi extrem de grave.

„Fără a dispune de măcar o probă, killerii mediatici ai lui Plahotniuc m-au transformat în oligarh implicat în spălări de bani şi devalizarea Băncii de Economii. Am fost acuzat că sunt un latifundiar care şi-a cumpărat terenuri din bani furaţi de la BEM, iar legătura mea de prietenie şi rudenie prin alianţă cu omul de afaceri Victor Ţopa, finanţatorul postului echidistant de televiziune Jurnal TV, a fost transformată într-o sentinţă publică de către trustul propagandei. Asta chiar dacă Ţopa locuieşte de şase ani în Germania, acolo unde îşi desfăşoară mai multe afaceri legale. Am fost numit raider, traficant de arme, asociat cu persoane dubioase gen Filat, Platon sau Karamalak. Desigur, în susţinerea acestor manipulări niciodată nu a fost prezentată vreo probă”, scrie Andrei Năstase în apelul său.

„În calitatea mea de cetăţean european, fac un apel către instituţiile de drept din UE, Interpol, Europol, OLAF etc., să demareze o anchetă asupra persoanei mele. Sunt deschis şi mă pun la dispoziţia acestor instituţii, în vederea verificării tuturor acuzaţiilor care au fost lansate la adresa mea. Sunt convins că profesionalismul acestor instituţii de drept vor face ca adevărul să iasă la iveală, iar linşajul şi teroarea mediatică insuportabilă asupra mea să înceteze”, afirmă Andrei Năstase.

Totodată, liderul Platformei DA spune că în situaţia în care Plahotniuc controlează cu mână de fier justiţia din RM, dacă măcar un lucru de care este acuzat în presa controlată de oligarh ar fi adevărat, astăzi nu s-ar mai fi aflat în libertate. Publicăm adresarea completă mai jos:

Apel către instituţiile de drept din Uniunea Europeană

Republica Moldova este un stat capturat de un regim oligarhic. Este un fapt constatat chiar de către Consiliul Europei, prin vocea secretarului general, Thorbjorn Jagland.

Starea în care a ajuns ţara, în special în urma jafului din sistemul bancar şi rezervele Băncii Naţionale, m-au determinat să recurg la gestul de a ieşi în stradă, alături de zeci de mii de oameni, pentru a mă opune regimului corupt care controlează Republica Moldova.

Decizia de a ieşi la proteste a fost un gest extrem la care am recurs după ce, ani de-a rândul, în calitate de avocat am luptat cu acest sistem, demascând mai multe scheme prin care se încerca jefuirea statului de sute de milioane de lei.

Acţiunile mele din ultimii ani au deranjat vădit regimul, în fruntea căruia stă oligarhul Vladimir Plahotniuc, deconspirat de către justiţia de la Londra drept principalul beneficiar al atacurilor raider, care au şubrezit sistemul bancar şi au constituit un prim pas în jaful miliardului, ducând faima Republicii Moldova în toată lumea. De asemenea, am deconspirat public marea spălătorie de dolari din Federaţia Rusă, prin intermediul justiţiei aflate la cheremul afaceristului.

În aceste condiţii, oligarhul Vladimir Plahotniuc, cel care conduce cu mână de fier ţara, care controlează justiţia, economia şi politicul din Republica Moldova, a demarat un adevărat linşaj mediatic la adresa mea.

Peste 85% din mass-media din ţară este controlată de mogulul Plahotniuc. Folosindu-se de această „bâtă mediatică” şi controlând Consiliul Coordonator al Audiovizualului, profund deranjat de poziţia mea reală din sondajele de opinie, acesta a declanşat o întreagă campanie mediatică, încercând să mă discrediteze. Este clar că, dacă un singur lucru ar fi adevărat, dacă ar exista o încălcare cât de mică a legislaţiei din partea mea, în condiţiile în care justiţia din ţară este controlată în totalitate de către Plahotniuc, astăzi nu m-aş mai fi aflat în libertate şi nu aş fi fost un promotor al adevărului.

Deţin şi cetăţenia statului român, implicit a Uniunii Europene. În calitatea mea de cetăţean european, fac un apel către instituţiile de drept din UE, Interpol, Europol, OLAF, etc, să demareze o anchetă asupra persoanei mele. Sunt deschis şi mă pun la dispoziţia acestor instituţii, în vederea verificării tuturor acuzaţiilor care au fost lansate la adresa mea.

Spre marele meu regret, nu pot, deocamdată, să mă adresez şi justiţiei din ţara mea, deoarece este una captivă, controlată nu doar politic, ci şi oligarhic, de către acest individ care a sărăcit cetăţenii şi i-a determinat să plece în străinătăţi.

Contez, însă, pe imparţialitatea şi integritatea justiţiei europene.

Sunt convins că profesionalismul acestor instituţii de drept vor face ca adevărul să iasă la iveală, iar linşajul şi teroarea mediatică insuportabilă asupra mea să înceteze.

Appeal to the legal institutions from the European Union

The Republic of Moldova is a state captured by an oligarchic regime. It is a fact stated even by the Council of Europe, through the voice of the Secretary General, Thorbjorn Jagland.

The condition in which is the country, especially after the theft from the banking system and the National Bank reserves, determined me to come out on street, together with tens of thousands of people, to oppose to the corrupt regime that controls the Republic of Moldova.

The decision to come out to protests was an extreme gesture to which I appealed after, for years, as lawyer, I fought against this system, unmasking some schemes that were performed for the state robbery of hundreds of millions of lei.

My actions from last years obviously bothered the regime led by the oligarch Vladimir Plahotniuc, disclosed by the justice from London as the main beneficiary of the raider attacks, that weakened the banking system and constituted the first step in the theft of the billion, making Moldova famous all over the world. Also, I publicly disclosed the great money laundry from the Russian Federation, through the justice found at the businessman's mercy.

In these conditions, the oligarch Vladimir Plahotniuc, the one who leads the country, who controls justice, economy and politics from the Republic of Moldova, has initiated a true media lynching to me.

Over 85% of the mass-media of the country is controlled by the mogul Plahotniuc. Using this “media bat” and controlling the Audiovisual Coordinating Council, profoundly bothered by my real position in opinion polls, he has unleashed a whole media campaign, trying to discredit me. As European citizen, I appeal to legal institutions from the EU, the Interpol, the Europol, the OLAF etc., to initiate an investigation on my behalf. I am open and ready to be at the disposal of these institutions, In the view of verification of all accusations that were launched to me. I am convinced that the professionalism of these legal institutions will make the truth come out, and the unbearable media lynching and terror on me to stop.

Regretfully, for the time being, I cannot address to the justice from my country, because it is captive, controlled not just politically by this individual who has impoverished the citizens and has determined them to leave abroad.

But I count on the European justice impartiality and integrity.
